The semi-annual review meeting of Sedant Foundation, one of the “two conferences” which connects the past and the future, was held in Blue Lavender Estate between July 9th and 11th. More than 90 management personnel of middle level and above sat together, making conclusions and plans, and building confidence for the future.
The semi-annual operation analysis meeting was started at 4:00pm on July 9th. During the meeting, Vice President Mr. Fu Hua made an analysis report on the financial status for the first half year of the company. Then President Wang Xudong made a conclusion that the company has made a relatively satisfactory performance for the first half year, but still all members should remain cool-headed, all departments should be assigned with clear responsibilities, and all the management problems shall be resolved immediately to prepare for the next half year without any load. Also Director of Strategic Investment Center Yu Shuyuan made an analysis report on the investment for the future 18 months, which involves investment environment, industrial situation, market trend, etc.
A report meeting by branch companies and subordinate companies was started at 8:30am, July 10th. During the meeting, all branch and subordinate companies concluded on the completion status of objective task for the first half year, and made a dissection of the target for the next half year with correspondent strategy. President and Vice Presidents of the next level made comments according to the report, and assigned the main tasks for the next half year.
At 8:30am, June 11th, the meeting was started with the strategic speech of President Wang Xudong. He said Sedant has completed acquisition of Germany company APT, which has made the first step of Sedant to go abroad; all Sedant people should improve personal abilities for internationalization of Sedant; the Low Carbon Real Estate Department has accomplished two main targets, and other departments also accomplished the target in a proper order. For the next half year, Sedant will organize a Strategic Presentation Team with top management as the main members. The team will organize meetings in branch and subordinate companies to discuss with the junior members, so all employees would have a clear understanding of the target and task. Also the company will speed up a process and standard oriented financial and management system to achieve the level of public-listed companies, and finally push the Technology Business Division into international capital market. At last, he encouraged all members to keep confident for the future. Later, the KPI sign ceremony for the next half year of 2015 was held at 9:00 am, President and Directors of different Business Divisions signed the Target Performance Agreement for the next half year of 2015, and all covenantees stated their confidence and determination for performance breakthrough during the second half year.
After the meeting, a bonfire party and a team activity with the theme of Running Sedant were carried out to inspire team spirit and coordination.
