On July 29, 2015, approved by the Board, Mr. Frans Kurvers is appointed as Vice President of SEDANT Foundation Holding Co., Ltd to be responsible for all operational matters of APT Hiller Group.
Mr. Kurvers has won renown in aluminum business in both Europe and America. He worked as President of the European Division of Alumax Inc. for more than 10 years with over 40 years experience in the industry. He has acted as Managing Partner at apt for over 20 years.
After the acquisition by SEDANT, we firmly believe Mr. Kurvers will lead the team to continue the success contributing to fulfilling the target of the Group’s 3rd Five-Year Plan.
