The Imperial Palace’s Night and New Product Launching CeremonySuccessfullyHeld in CNCC

On 1 August 2015, Sedant Group successfully held the event of “The Imperial Palace Now Come to East, Climbing to a Greater Height” (a.k.a. the Imperial Palace’s night) and its new product launching ceremony in China National Convention Center, Beijing. During the event, a number of socialites, pop stars,distinguished guests and customers gathered together, to witness the breakthrough of sales revenue of¥1.28 billion and to share the glory-time of the new product’s release.
 
The ceremony was held right at the same time of Beijing’s winning of Winter Olympic, and all the citizens arecelebrating the two events together. Popular stars’ performance, the large-scale dance show, the signing of strategic agreements, the lucky draw amounting to¥1 million and the amazing dinnercomposed an ambitious and intriguing song and all the distinguished guests on the spot were shocked by the astounding effects.
 
 
The Imperial Palace’s Glory: Breaking the Sales of ¥1.28 Billion
 
In 2015, “the year of Beijing’s fancy apartments”, the Imperial Palace presented by Sedant breaks the sales revenue of ¥1.28 billion, shocked the real estateindustry and drew the attention of the peers. On the evening of 1 August,ChinaNational Convention Center became a packed house. After a traditional drum beating show, which was also showed in the opening ceremony ofBeijing Olympic, the event officiallystarted.
 
The president of Sedant Group, Mr Wang Xudongbegan with a speech to welcome the guests, thanking for their presence and their fully understanding and supports for the long time. Mr Wang also applauded the brilliant performance of this project and looked forward to a brighter future.The speech was followed by an ice-breaking ceremony. President Wang Xudong, the famous talk-show star Mr Wang Gang, customer representatives and media representatives broke an ice sculpture together, which stands for the sales volume of ¥1.28 billion.
 
 
After the ceremony, Mr Wang Gang went back to the stage again. Based in his unique experience of TV show and antique collection, he offered a speech of Beijing imperial city, in which he especially applauded for the Anding Gate. As for “the Imperial Palace” located right adjacent to the Anding Gate, Mr Wang expressed his great interests in this project and expressed his praise as well. Mr Wang Gang has deeply read the cultural value of “the Imperial Palace” from his point of view.
 
 
On behalf of the old customers, a professor from Tsinghua University also congratulated the outstanding result obtained by “the Imperial Palace”, and he pointed out the strengths of this project in transportation, culture and environment aspects. Finally, he highly appreciated the customer care services offered by “the Imperial Palace”. It is worth mentioning that“The Imperial Palace” won the Gold Prize of “the most investment value in 2015”. New Product Launched: “The Imperial Palace” Strides Ahead Again
 
After the breaking of sales of¥1.28 billion and win of a series of great reputation, “The Imperial Palace”stride ahead again with its newly upgraded product. The most important part of this ceremony, the new product,“The Imperial Palace ·Eastview” launching ceremony started. The managements of the project, the famous actress Ms Liu Yan and the product designer pressed the “Start” button of the new product together. “The Imperial Palace ·Eastview”now made its debut successfully, witnessed by all the distinguished guests. This new product’s debut selected the hot scene atmosphere all of a sudden.
 
 
During this session, the product designer gave an introduction of the newly released product in details. The details of the project design was released for the first time and greeted with roars ofloud applause.
 
As for the new product, “Eastview” was born with a higher expectation from “The Imperial Palace”. The structures, landscapes, supplements, decorations, clubhouses are all upgraded, with its new standard which challenged a new height in Beijing real estate industry. The larger living space ranging from 91 to 207㎡brought us a fully new experience. In order to further upgrade the product quality and services, “The Imperial Palace” signed a series of strategicagreements with the refined decoration representative “Gold Mantis”, property management representative “DTZ”,  and construction and intelligence representatives. The relevant representatives also stepped onto the stage to make commitments,which further strengthened the customers’ confidence.
 
On the spot, an exhibition area of technological methods, including an exhibition of Sedant Group’s corporate culture, the internal technological system of “The Imperial Palace”, technique standards, and the refined decoration from the cooperators, abstracted a lot of attentions from the guests.
 
 
In order to demonstrate the project’s emphasis on the education matters, this event specially invited the headmaster Yang from Di Tan primary school. The host discussed some education topics with Mr Yang, and Mr Yang answered his questions related to the hot issues currently. Mr Yang also shared his experience in education which is accumulated in years. As the apartment with the best cultural background near the 2nd ring road, “The Imperial Palace” will further integrated the education resources from China and overseas in future, and provide the buyers a platform with more international education opportunities.
 
Besides Mr Wang Gang and Ms Liu Yan’s presence, the famous Korean idol MsAnRina and the hotsinger Karen Tong from Hong Kong, also dedicated their songs to the audience in this event. The wonderfully melodic and tuneful songs made the atmosphere warmer and warmer. In addition, the shows of ballet on the shoulder, Ink dance, band and pop stars’ performance and the final large-scale dance, with the magnificent light effects, offered a fantastic experience to the guests.
 
 
Before the dinner, the vice president of Sedant Group Mr Cui Yongtaoproposed a toast. And during the enjoyment of the top-gourmet,a lucky draw lighted up the atmosphere and the adrenaline of the guests again. The fourth prize ”luxury kitchenware”, the third prize “¥8,888 in cash”, the second prize “¥28,888 in cash” and the first prize “¥58,800 in cash” were drew out one after another. Finally, Mr Cui Yongtao drew out the Grand Prize of this event, a golden parking space located near the second ring road, whose market value reaches¥600,000 .
 
 
In the interaction session of the dinner, the “National Goddess”MsLiu Yan went onto the stage and invited some lucky guests to join her interactive games. This broughtroars ofloudlaughter.
