On Sep. 13rd, the Sedant delegation led by Mr. Hua Fu, the CFO of Sedant Holding Limited arrived in Germany and visited apt group in 7 days. This was the first time Sedant delegation on behalf of the chairman Mr. Xudong Wang met with all employees of apt and communicated with them face to face after closing and the first shareholder meeting. They brought the chairman’s greeting and deeply knew the basic-level employees’ needs and expectations.
It is reported that during visit Sedant delegation discussed the topic on “the future strategic direction of apt” with apt management. Both parties consulted around increasing strategic investment for apt and business planning of Chinese market two issues and exchanged opinions. In terms of increasing strategic investment for apt: firstly, technically integrating four existing plants and enlarging production scale through buying new facilities. Secondly, preparing new merger & acquisition in Europe, America and Asia. In terms of business planning of Chinese market: discussing strategic opportunity to enter into Chinese market, choice of priority industries, investment model and investment scale four aspects. Finally, Mr. Kurvers on behalf of all employees said that they must successfully complete the strategic goals set by the chairman Mr. Xudong Wang and also believed apt would make fast progress under Sedant strategic planning.
Sedant delegation was warmly welcomed by apt’s all employees during visiting to the four plants. Especially when the CEO Mr. Kurvers asked the present more than hundred employees in Dutch plant, whether they would be willing to work in China or not, they showed much higher enthusiasm. Besides, the Sedant delegation was impressed with the plant’s standardized management and employees’ enthusiasm for work.
