On Jan. 29 the Sedant Group 2015 Annual Meeting was successfully held in Beijing. The Chairman Xudong WANG, Vice President Bing WANG, Vice President Yongtao CUI, Vice President Frans Kurvers, Strategic Consultant Jason Lee, directors of functional departments of holding company, management teams of all business divisions attended this meeting.

The business operation of Sedant Holding Group in 2015 was comprehensively summarized at this annual meeting. The participants deeply analyzed the macroeconomic situation and development environment of all the Sedant business divisions, found the management problems and proposed solutions, put forward innovative business model, industrial platform and the main business targets and work ideas of all business divisions in 2016. With “Innovating in Green Development and Operating Steadily” as the theme, Sedant will lay a solid foundation for further development through industrialization, high-tech, financialization and internationalization to ensure the stable and prosperous development of Sedant.

    This annual meeting was hosted by the Vice President Yongtao CUI. Firstly, the financial management center, planning and operation center, legal risk control center gave reports on the analysis of 2015 business operation, mid-term and long-term strategic development planning from 2015 to 2020, 2016 business strategy respectively. They reported that Sedant will under the guidance of overall strategic targets and planning from 2016 to 2020 find the direction from the strategic targets, prepare well for the detailed management, strengthen business concept, decrease cost and improve efficiency through increasing income and reducing expenditure, supervise the business performance and improve the implementation rate. Finally, the Chairman Xudong WANG assigned the main tasks in terms of strategic targets, target implementation, strategy amendment and connection of new and old systems, Sedant has to have a clear picture of the situation and grasp the strategic opportunity, struggle for the further development of holding company.

    During the reports from business divisions, they reported the analysis of 2015 business operation and 2016 business planning respectively. The Chairman Xudong Wang gave his comments on business strategy implementation, target planning and key work plan, also put forward the targets of improving income through management, cost controlling and implementation.

    The low-carbon real estate business division analyzed the 2015 business performance of project companies in Beijing, Langfang, Hebei Province, Wuxi, Jiangsu, Province and the property management company. They reported that they will clarify the strategic concept and achieve the business performance target through building management and operation system to divide the strategic targets and integrating internal resources.

    The trade and logistics business division reported the 2015 business performance and 2016 business targets of the automobile sales service companies in Langfang and Bazhou, Hebei Province and the Flouress flour plant and Xingbang warehouse. They will pay attention to the national policies and industry trend and depend on fine management and customers value-added services to operate business innovative and achieve a breakthrough in 2016, focus on the full chain services of automobile industry and strengthen food safety management to build the brand of green food.

    The environmental protection technology business division reported the 2015 business operation of Sedant Roba. Roba will strengthen business management, supervise business performance to achieve the increasing of income in 2016.

    As the subsidiary of Sedant, apt management team attended this meeting for the first time. The Vice President Frans Kurvers comprehensively introduced the future five-year plan, product research and development, holding activities etc. Based on apt’s benefit “together for a low-carbon future”, apt and Sedant will together build smart platform and co-research the whole solution of intelligent manufacturing. The Chairman Xudong WANG expected to realize the cooperation value with German technology, Chinese market and the world stage.

    The Chairman Xudong WANG gave a speech on the business operation in 2015, the completion status of 2015 strategic plan and comprehensive budget with Innovating in Green Development and Operating Steadily as the theme.

    All the business division directors have signed the 2016 KPI contracts with the chairman respectively and all the subsidiaries’ directors also have signed the 2016 KPI contracts with the vice president in charge of it respectively.

    Some staff have been awarded the outstanding new employees, outstanding employees, outstanding managers, outstanding teams have also been selected.

    By the end of this meeting, the Sedant people had a big dinner together to celebrate the achieved results in the past year and some staff performed amazing shows. This meeting ended in the atmosphere of joy and happiness.
