Sedant 2016 Semi-Annual Meeting

On July 22 and 23, 2016, the 2016 Semi-Annual Meeting of SEDANT Foundation Holding Limited was held in Flouress Flour Co., Ltd in Langfang, Hebei Province. All the business results of Sedant holding group for 1st half year were comprehensively summarized in the meeting. Based on the arrangements of the 4th Five-Year Plan, the participants also analyzed the difficulties and problems need to be improved which they encountered during production operations in four business divisions for the first half year. While the key work and implementation plan for the 2nd half year were clearly confirmed. The Chairman of holding group Mr. Xudong WANG, COO Mr. Xianghui WEI, Vice President Mr. Bing WANG, Vice President Mr. Yongtao CUI, Directors of the functional departments of holding group, management teams of all business divisions and subsidiaries attended this meeting.

The meeting was hosted by COO Mr. Xianghui WEI. Mr. Wei gave a presentation of business operation management review for 1st half year and operation management emphasis for 2nd half year. The Financial Management Center of holding group made a report about the financial condition analysis for 1st half year. The Investment and Financing Management Center gave a presentation of the strategic future investment opportunities and strategies. Besides, the Human Resources Management Center gave a presentation of organization and controlling system.

The Chairman Mr. Xudong WANG gave his comments on the whole business operation for 1st half year. He said the whole group should strengthen market management, improve business sense, carry out real-time prevention and control of operational risks. The whole group should take organizational security measures to protect the group's operating system, especially optimize management functions and mechanisms through meticulous management.

After that, all the business divisions gave their reports on the business operation analysis for 1st half year of 2016 and the business plan for 2nd half year. The participants deeply discussed the business strategies, objectives and key working plans etc.

Vice President of holding group and general manager of Low-carbon Real Estate Business Division Mr. Yongtao CUI gave a presentation.

The Low-carbon Real Estate Business Division comprehensively analyzed the business performance of companies in Beijing, Langfang, Wuxi and property company for 1st half year of 2016, would follow up working strategy and key plan, further develop market, focus on marketing management to achieve the annual business target.

Vice President of holding group and general manager of Trade & Logistics Business Division Mr. Bing WANG gave a presentation.

The Trade & Logistics Business Division reported the business performance and business targets of the automobile sales service companies in Langfang and Bazhou, Hebei Province and the Flouress flour plant and Xingbang warehouse for 1st half year of 2016. They would rely on scientific management, forge ahead in unity to reach the annual business objectives for 2nd half year.

The Environmental Protection Technology Business Division reported the business operation of Sedant Roba for 1st half year. Through effective operation management, Roba has got some good results according to the business strategy in the 1st half year. Roba would reinforce the core products, develop new product system, promote the transformation, focus on marketing and strive to break through business difficulties.

Financial Investment Business Division was officially founded by SEDANT Holding Company in November 2015 and undertook the task of capital operation for holding company. Financial Investment Business Division would under the overall framework and strategies of SEDANT Holding Company be committed to domestic and foreign investment, M&A and other financial projects to serve and support SEDANT’s development in the 2nd half year.

apt management team also participated in the semi-annual conference via Video. Vice President Mr. Kurvers comprehensively introduced the business operation, product research and development, other business affairs for 1st half year. In spite of the overall economic downturn in Europe apt has achieved good business results which inspired SEDANT people’s confidence. The Chairman Mr. Xudong WANG appreciated for the hard work of all apt staff. The holding company is full of confidence for the future growth and would continue to support apt as it always does.

In the end, directors of all business divisions, general managers of subsidiaries signed the 2016 Q3 KPI contracts with the Chairman and Vice Presidents in charge of them respectively.
