The three-day sum-up & commending meeting 2016 &mobilization meeting 2017 of Sedant Foundation was held in Beijing from January 13th to 15th, with more than 180 participants, including the executives and staff representatives. Mr. Wang Xudong, Chairman of the Holding Company, Mr. Wei Xianghui, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Chen Xingliang, Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Wang Bing, General Manager of the Business Logistics Group and Mr. Kovos, General Manager of Apt Group attended the meeting.
Senior management team
This annual work conference comprehensively summed up the operation of SedantFoundation in 2016. An in-depth analysis was made on the national macroeconomic situation, and a comprehensive discussion was made onthe development environment of real estate, automotive industry, flour industry, and environmental protection technology industry. Aimed to solve the problems in the management, the company endeavors to achieve a strategic transformation through business innovations and balanced management. During the meeting, the business objectives and main approaches were put forward for each business group in 2017,aiming to make each business group better and stronger guided by the "1 + 3 + 5"strategic targets and fulfill Sedant’s vision ofinnovating green technology and leading a low-carbon life.

Report by Chief Financial Officer Chen Xingliang
The annual meeting was hosted by Wei Xianghui, Chief Operating Officer of SedantHolding company. At the begining, Chen Xingliang, Chief Financial Officer of the Holding Group, made the report on Operation Sum-up for 2016 and Financial Management and Investment Arrangement for 2017of Sedant Holding Company. Chen mentioned that Sedant’s overall financial performance has showed a relatively good momentum in 2016, however, the development pattern of three shortcomings against one strength has seriously affected the overall development of the Group. In 2017, the Financial Management Center will focus on five dimensions, includingcapital control, investment and financing control, industrial development, budget control and tax planning, so as to realize a fine management of the overall financial operation.

Then, Chief Operating Officer Wei Xianghui made the report on Five-year plan & Operation Sum-up of the holding company in 2016 & Operation Arrangement for 2017. The report gives a summary of the overall business situation in 2016 and elaborates on the Five-Year Plan of Sedant from 2016 to 2010, and proposes that Sedant shall focus on capital operation with industrial investment as the engine in the future, so as to build aninternational ecological enterprisealliance of "Holding investment + industrial operation + capital operation". In accordance with this target, the specific requirements have been put forward for the overall development of each business group in the next five years. For specific work arrangements in 2017, Mr. Wei Xianghuimentioned that Sedant shall focus on two key points, one is Sound Operation based on Business and the other is a leaping development driven by new investment, so as to fulfill a culture-driven strategic development.

At last, Chairman Wang Xudong proposed that the operation in 2017 shall focus on "two improvements", "one fine", and "two increases"."Two improvements" means to improve the quality of personnel and to improve work efficiency; "one fine" means to benefit form fine management; and "two increases" means to increase the company's net income rate and to increase employees’ income. Each business group shall be guided the strategic objectives to make clear its tasks, identify the situation, firmly grasp the opportunitiesand work hard, so as to boost the development of the Holding Group Company.

Each business group, including the low-carbon real estate group, the logistics group, and environmental technology group made conclusions for 2016 and operation plans for 2017. Chairman Wang Xudong commented onthe implementation of operation strategies, completion of the objectives and the plans for key work, and put forward specific requirementsfor each business group.

The Low-carbon Real Estate Group made a comprehensive analysis based on the operation results of Beijing Jiebao company, Wuxi Mingda company, Langfang project department, and the property management company in 2016.Wang requires that all projects shall achieve its annual sales target in accordance with the schedule through"five centers", "two sharings", and "one operation" in 2017.

The Business Logistics Group made a comprehensive analysis based on the operation results ofLangfang Automobile, Bazhou Automobile, andLangxueXingbangin 2016. Chairman Wang’s requirements for the Logistics Group in 2017 are: First, toinnovate profit growth points and services; Secondly, to increase input and investment in the right region at the right time, and increase the pattern investment and innovation Investment; Third, to place more emphasison customers andstrengthen customer development. Langxue shall expand and acquire a downstream industry in 2017, so as to achieve the extension of high value-added industry. Xingbang company shall acquire grain depots in the development zone to achieve the storage target of 5,500 tons.

The Environmental Technology Group made a comprehensive analysis based on the operation results of APT Heller and SedantLuobao in 2016. Chairman Wang requires that Apt Group shall maintain its leading position in the aluminum industry in 2017, and accelerate the pace of entering into the Chinese market. Efforts shall be made to strengthen communication with the headquarter, so as to build a regular communication mode and avoid the adverse effects due to cultural differences. SedantLuobao shall actively explore the possibilities to expand business and gain profits, and achieve the transformation of business model through utilization of apt’s technological advantages and sharing of resources.

TheFinancial group mad a comprehensive analysis based on the operation results in 2016. Chairman Wang requires that the Financial Group shall focus on “two introductions, one construction and two achievements” in 2017, so as to support Sedant’s five-year strategic plan in the aspects of investment, profit and output value andpromote result-driven growth.
Sum-up and commending meeting for 2016
At the beginning, Chief Operating Officer Wei Xianghui made a speech on Sedant’s strategic development planning, stating clearly the company's development direction in 2020, that is the "1 +3 +5" plan. 1 core objective means to reorganize a company for listing in Chinese A stock market in 2017, and another company for listing in overseas (Germany) stock market in 2018; 3 +1 group companies means to build 3 industrial groups between 2017 and 2020, namely in environmental technology, low carbon real estate, andbusiness logistics, and cultivate a financial investment group that combinesthe capital and industry; 5 times the value means that the holding company's total assets, operating income, and net profit shall increase by at least 5 times in 2010 compared with that in the end of 2015.
Then, ChairmanWang Xudong made a speech on Implementation of the Finance+ investment-driven Strategy and Innovation ofIndustrial+ capital operation model. He mentioned that Sedant has began to take shape after sixteen years of development, and is ready to become stronger and bigger. At the same time, he also summed up the achievements and deficiencies of each business group in 2016. Finally, Chairman Wang wishes that all Sedant people shall not forget the initial determination and put moral integrity at the first place, and fully demonstrate their initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, so as to contribute to the development and prosperity of Sedant.

During the meeting, awards were given to Excellent Staff, Excellent Correspondent, Outstanding Manager, and Outstanding Team, in the hope that all staff in Sedant shall learn from them, play their professional advantage, and strive to become the best, so as to contribute to the development of the company for hitting a new record.
The meeting ended with excellent performances prepared by the branch companies, in the wish that Sedant shall achieve a strong and enduring development as all staff come together in 2017.
