apt Products was awarded top supplier of Siemens MC for „Best in R&D and Innovation“. After benchmarking 360 suppliers of all material segments, Siemens Motion Control Systems invited 25 of the top nominees to Nuremberg and awarded five categories. apt Group had designed and developed a new generation of heat sinks together with Siemens. Several apt units were involved: The extrusion profile was developed by apt Hiller in Monheim; apt Products in Cheb/Czech Republic provided product technology and machinery concept while apt Products in Eckental took care of the sales service.
