On July 15, the 2017 Semi-Annual Meeting of SEDANT Foundation Holding Limited was successfully held in the corporate headquarter. The meeting was hosted by COO Xianghui WEI. The middle and senior managers gathered together to summarize the work in the first half of the year and to arrange the key work for the second half of the year.

In the morning, the subsidiaries incl. automobile sales service companies, Flouress flour plant, Xingbang warehouse and Sedant Roba under the Trade & Logistics Business Division overall summarized the business performance, marketing and financial conditions for the first half of the year, pointed out the highlights and weaknesses in the business operation. They also reported the business performance, key work and targets for the second half of the year.

Based on their management experience, they not only analyzed the target market and customers, but also summarized the pros and cons of the current job. They also shared the valuable management and operation experience and learned from each other which contributed to the further optimization of the work.

In the afternoon, the subsidiaries in Beijing, Langfang and Wuxi under the Low-carbon Real Estate Business Division respectively reported the work summary for the first half of the year, pointed out the targets and plans for the second half of the year based on the current situation and issues.

In the end, Chairman Xudong WANG made some closing remarks. First of all, he recognized the achievements of all subsidiaries. Then, based on the current operation situation for the first half year of 2017, he commented on every business division, financial conditions and big data share etc. He also pointed out the weaknesses and urgent issues. He required the management teams of all the subsidiaries to focus on the annual operation objectives with a sense of crisis and urgency and continue to improve the management.
