Participation in “Sedant Donation”ceremony in Shimian

Together with Minzu University of China, Sedant Foundation took part in the “Sedant Donation” ceremony in Shimian County, Sichuan Province on 5th June. According to the contract between Sedant and the local government in Shimian, Sedant will provide 1.44 million RMB (in total) to 200 primary students in straitened circumstances from 2018 to 2024. Besides, Sedant will provide 300.000 RMB to improve the teaching equipment of selected primary school in Shimian.

Education will benefit both the nation and the people, donation to education, which is always a traditional moral principle for Chinese people, is in the interest of current and future generations. In recent years, Sedant has developed fast and achieved excellent performances. At the same time, Sedant participates actively in public welfare activities. “Thriving on virtue and Virtue to the world” as the enterprise core value, contribution to the society is regarded as Sedant’s mission.

Accompanied by the Red Cross and some governments departments of Shimian County, Sedant visited after the ceremony some primary schools in towns and countries to confirm which equipment of these primary schools should be improved.
